Worst app ever! Try logging in 1000 times and get in once. Horrible! Time to change bank!
Not worth it
Epic Fail from beginning SO WRONG! You need access to the contents of my entire phone (photos,media,ability to delete from my SD card, etc) if I install this. I must relinquish nearly every bit of personal info I have to be able to bank online with you now? You should make your clients feel safe not vulnerable. I have been with you for over 20 years and this move is BS. It is amazing how quickly after I post my review and 1 star, the IT Mngr. Of Core Services and other employees immediatly get their 5 stars in! Nice teamwork.
Dislike it I want the old app back. Until then I'll go back to keeping track of my balance myself and deleting this app .
Too much hassle I mostly just need to check my balances. Way too much security for simple need. The continue and cancel buttons too close together. Easy to push wrong one. Prefer old app.
Horrible, very hard to use. So frustrating. Sad that this is what the credit union switched to. The other app was working just fine.
