For the most part, the app is very good. But one issue is after they updated their experience, it now forces user validation every single time Zelle is accessed, and there is no way to opt out of that (I was never asked to opt in). I'm already logged in to the app securely, why do I have to verify again? I manage Zelle payments for both my account and my wife's, so I have both logins, but I can't access her Zelle anymore without her cell phone. Didn't used to be that way.

App is confusing. Doesn't show all purches Immediately. Example: in the pending transactions tab, it showed my pending transaction but then when I went back a min. later, it was gone. And it doesn't show that it went through. So it like the app is hiding it until last min. causing an overdraft or almost overdraft fee if you're not careful or conscience about how much you spent that day, cause you busy all day or what not.

App is garbage. Logging in is a hassle every time. If I switch between apps I have to log in. making simple conformation a 20 minute ordeal.
