The idea of this app is really amazing but the prices of delivering shipments is really poor,you're making the drivers or as you called us(knights)be come broke,imagine shipment place to pick it up is far away from my place almost 20km,and then I'll deliver it to the destination place which is far much than 30 km,and the cost or the income for that is less than 30SR also if not in time it well be 19sr!😫😖 honestly(in my opinion)this kind of service is really not worthy and it's wasting time.

Dear Sami We usually give the Knights more than one order to make the trip beneficial, we're sorry that you did not have the chance to try our app to understand how the system works, we encourage you to try delivering few orders first and then review the app.

This is one of the worst courier service. After one missed call at night only at 1030pm. The knight did not reply or even call back. After 3 days, still the purchase is not yet delivered.
