used to like the game I emailed kabam and after 2 months I received about 4 messages from kabam stating that they do not offer support and that I should go on player forums and speak to my fellow players to give me my password to my acc. bull crap if you ask me.
Matt billage (mbillage) This is pathetic... I love this game and play it religiously. I have spent lots on the game and nowafter the update this morning my game will not load. When emailing kabam they sent a load of crap back. I ask them to fix this rapidly. I had got my self to rank 58. I was level 68 and spent so much money on trying to get gold stones. This best be sorted quickly and with some thing in return for this massive inconvenience
Sickening I want a refund for the money I paid or some help it's been a month with no help on my issue back to one star rating till you guys help me I love this game but customer service is none existent.

bad client service support Still needs huge improvement...they doesn't announce you about new improvement,the last problem with them is that they don't resolve your problem.I recharge with money and they haven't given me the bonus.they said that they will come back in one day with the response ,and never did ...past almost 3 weeks and never said anything.so is no good to recharge because you can receive the bonus if you are lucky,and the most ugly thing is that they don't give a 'f...'about your inquiry.
