Ratings and reviews

User interface is nice. However, because there is only ACH option, expect delivery time to be days. Not good if you are trying to send money quickly. I sent money almost a week ago and it still hasn't been received. Not sure if the app is to blame. Maybe it's the banks. Either way, they should look into expanding beyond ACH as only option.

Rating the app as 2 but the referral program, I will rate it as negative if I can. I am a customer for almost 5yrs. I got 2 referrals and I received an email putting pressure to refer 1 more as their referral program will change and my referrals will not be considered or reset. I called their support to request help instead I got a response that my 2nd referral is not even qualified. If it was not qualified why it was reflected in my app? There's no other explanation than SCAM. DISAPPOINTING!!!

The chat option in the app itself doesn't work properly. difficult to select the icon coz it's all the way to the top of the screen and I can't go back to the recent chat because it's at the very bottom. Also, the service is getting worse. It's no longer guaranteed within 1 hour transfer and when you contact the support, the solution provided is to wait. Obviously the issue is with Kabayan Remit and not the receiving bank. I hope you have other solutions in such situations rather than waiting.
