Terrible service! Would always recommend uber over kabbee! Missed our flight thanks to a late cab that then kicked us out of the cab after we were seated and ready to go! Kabbee very unhelpful even when I complained as we were treated so badly. Uber always has been much more professional and has always rectified any issues. This app is now deleted!!
It's okay I don't mind using kabbee but the things I don't like is that although the company claim they don't charge extra at peak times they really do! And it would be great to have more rewards and appreciation by the company. A small fiver here and there in comparison to the amount you spend isn't anything to look forward to. In fact sometimes it's quite off putting that you don't get anything back to be fair
Data mining app Norton scanned it after install then realised it copies sim contacts info and what apps are installed on the phone. Norton's recommendation was to uninstall. I uninstalled but sadly it was too late as that data was already sent to you at point of installation. You need to step up and make a change here. I don't trust you and neither will others after reading this.
Annoyed Should be made clear that any promotional credit is not offset automatically against the cost of the journey. You have to top-up your account and only then can you utilise the promotional credit. Should be like Uber and other taxi apps that utilise your promotional credit first and then charge your credit. I don't want Kabbee to be holding on to my unused funds when I top up. Very annoyed!
All wrong Via does not work, pick up from airport with flight details doesn't work. I booked a pick up later on my arrival and i got a call confirming that the car was coming immediately. No via registered either and in the end I had to pay more
Today trying to book for a future date but it deletes the information I've entered when something goes "wrong" in the app. Have to keep entering same journey details. Any way it can please save a journey? PREVIOUS NOTE: I selected MPV which says it's for 6 passengers on booking menu (and price goes up 30%) but booking itself describes MPV as "up to 4 passengers" and vehicle that turned up was too small.
