Customer service is very disappointing. I had a large amount which had to be screened by security who then wanted proof of business and copy of invoice. It took 5 working days for a reply, inbetween i contacted customer service by phone. I asked to speak to a manager, i was told they where on lunch i phoned back later to be told they where on holiday. The adviser was rude and not helpful at all. I have since sent what was required and still no reply its been 14 working days in total now and still nothing. I have had a couple of other payments since this transaction and sum up are holding them aswell. For a small business this is not good enough 😠
Sooooo slow and network issues occur at the worst time. Extremely inconsistent. Also I hate the fact that I'm forced to use this with my phone but I have to cos it's not my shop
