In such a hurry to have you buy the device that they don't tell you not every business type is supported. Only after purchase of the device and 2 weeks of sales do they THEN request further information and close my account because my business type is not supported. An inexcusable inconvenience now having to return the device for refund, an utter waste of my time and also the embarrassing and unprofessional position of being without the service I've recently advertised to my customers. That approval process should have taken place before dispatch of the device and before the taking of any sales.

So bad I never got to use the pinpad. As it came faulty. Iv contacted them numerous times. No reply.
Very good I've been using this since February and I'm generally happy with it. Battery life on the pin pad is good, I haven't had to change the batteries yet. Payout time is pretty good. It would be a good feature if the app told us when we were paid rather than looking on the website. I do sometimes have problems where it hangs on the processing and I have to shut down the app and start again and sometimes where it refuses to connect to bluetooth. 8 times out of 10 it will work though and the punters like it
Great for small businesses on the move Been using this in my taxi for 3-4 weeks customers love it saves p-ing around at cash points or the dodgey ones that say going in house for money and don't come bk oot lol best of all doesn't charge customers like all the other ones out there
