The whole reason I bought this app was because I need to clean my portable drive. It was working not too long ago but I needed a break. Now all of a sudden the option to scan a USB device is gone. When I try and use the custom folder" option it request access to the device everytime (despite granting access over and over again) And when I scan it turns up no duplicates, but I know that's in accurate. Please help. Ive tried updating the app, not change.

Simple, clear, and it works! My one complaint is that you can't configure how it auto-selects which files to delete. You get to review it before deleting, so you can manually fix it, or you can just disable auto-select. But if there's a lot of duplicates, selecting is tedious, however the auto-select logic seems random. I'd prefer it select newer files, since older files are more likely to be sorted into a particular folder than newer files. Or ideally, prefer dupes not in the downloads folder.

Downloaded it. went truth the intro slideshow. Decided to click and scan for duplicate photos. The app claims I have no duplicates, but that's a bunch of bs because I know I have several duplicates. Don't bother downloading. It doesn't do anything. I uninstalled less than 5 minutes after installing since it's not going to do what I wanted to do
