was very convenient until someone hacked my acct. for $1100 now after months of using this thing I can't even get into my account anymore be safe using this

the QR code rarely works. the casino I use it at doesn't have the phone number part working. I like vip mobility better. you can just scan your ticket to get it into the app

I only gave it three stars for now because I'm having a hard time getting back into my account. I can say that they've been really good with responding to my emails and genuinely doing everything that they can to assist me.
