View by Routes, Stops or Saved Stops, or find the closest stop on the map.
Long Pressing Stops allows you save them, in the saved tab it allows you to delete them.

For a paid app im disappointed. Its 9am and buses are zooming by and yet it says no severice scheduled

Sorry for your experience. If you could tell us what stop you were at we can look it. However there is a possibility of there not being an issue with the app, as the app can only be as accurate as the information CABS provides. Occasionally CABS provides incorrect predictions or no routes running, even though buses are running.
