As soon as you pay the $10 app fee you will immediately be asked to pay an additional $25 per year subscription fee. This price would be high for a fully functioning app, but this app simply doesn't work. Talking with customer service got nowhere and was just a waste of time. The final recommendation from customer service was to ask for a refund through google play which will refuse to offer a refund. Please don't waste your time and money with this useless malware app that does not work at all.

Paid 10 bucks for the pc client to render my laptop keyboard inoperable. Works great over wired connection at 60 fps to my tab A. However, it's pretty useless if I can't type. No amount of recovery or modifications has allowed the integrated keyboard to function once the duet display pc client software is installed. Edit: Well, it definitely wasn't this software that caused my keyboard issue. Fresh windows still no keyboard. The timing is quite odd for hardware failures though.

Gotta say, I'm pretty disappointed with this product. I have a MacBook Pro (2021) and paired it with my Samsung Galaxy S7+ tablet, these are two pretty high end devices, pretty much second best in their respective product categories. Even with 500 Gigabit up/down-load speeds, on lowest duet settings, with AWDL paused, and having the two devices close enough as to be almost touching each other, I cannot get the framerate above the 20s, it's very choppy, fast mouse movements lag to the point where the mouse is rubberbanding everywhere, The input delay is VERY noticeable, My best experience with duet so far is comparable to my worst experience with playstation now (anyone remember the beta?), and the resolution is something like a third of the tablet's resolution. I'll try it out for a bit longer and if I don't get it to work nicely I'll be requesting a refund. Strongly recommend waiting until 1.0 release before purchasing. 2/5 stars because having an android device work with ios is pretty impressive.
