I can't connect with customer service after dozens of attempts. I have been waiting for my withdrawal for 3 days now. this is after jumping through hoops with identifying myself. Even though I have fingerprint and facial recognition, what more do you really need. I have accounts with FanDuel and others, I have not experienced the hassle from these other sites. Unfortunately I love the app just not the service that comes with the Betano On sports app .

They're very stupid. agreed every available market will be locked including the cash out when an incident occurs but instead of unlocking the cash out when the pressure goes down, you wouldn't until the end of the match. why would you kept the cash out locked when you unlocked every other market. You making me lose unnecessary money. stupid betting app. You're getting worse every season.

Dealing with Betano has been fair and enjoyable. Odds are fairly priced, with a straight forward user interface. Lots of different casino games as well. App works smoothly, my only issue, is when being re-directed to the interac transfer website, it fails to load. Other than that, it's a great app
