Even after verifying your account and payment method, they require another “verification” when you try to withdraw. The process is intentionally long and difficult—I’m convinced it’s done on purpose. They even asked me for a bank statement, which is excessive. On top of that, customer support only gives excuse after excuse, keep delaying, and then end the chat without fixing anything. I’ve tried many betting apps, and this one is by far the worst when it comes to withdrawals.

Connection Issues. I click on the app and it's just showing a red screen. Nothing else appears. The app is updated but still cannot login or nothing. Just a damn blank red screen. smh Update: Jan 20th 2026 I don't understand why this app refuses to open, especially when it's time for free bonus spins. I've lost out on the last 2 weeks because you guys can't get your app to open when it matters most. Beyond irritating!

I'm extremely annoyed with this betting app 😠🤬😖😞 my challenges is that; this app doesn't support live betting at all!. it keeps showing "Updates betting slip" as if I begged its updates support.. I will select up to 35 live games, this Betano will keep delaying me to updates my betting slip that one or more selections are settled. And most of the games it says has been settled are games playing in 76 minutes to 90 minutes... so annoying I'm just giving three stars ⭐ because of the grap.
