All it takes is a few taps to add notes, create a custom tag, and grant or revoke an offer from a contact.

I am leavimg this feedback because their is no easy to find feedback page in the kajabi site. This platform needs a ton of improvement. The biggest being if a video is recorded live for some reason it goes into an unchangeable archive that no one can find access to. And when you try to replace it the video that shows on the platform that you can play will be correct but if you try to download it then the video will be the one you incorrectly uploaded which is rediculous.

The app is mostly focused on Kajabi creators that want to add course content from their phone. If you don't have many customers yet and are still in the lead generation phase, then the app isn't very useful. It would be nice to see more features added that allow you to view analytics and metrics that are relevant to lead generation. Right now you can only access basic data and it's buried in the app.

This app is virtually pointless. You can't look up detailed client contact information (no address, date of birth or phone number!). The push notifications don't work. You can't add or edit contact info (there is a button saying you can but when you click it, it takes you to the creation wizard). The content assistant rarely works (once out of the handful of times I've tried).
