I love this messenger and have been using it for years. It has a great variety of cute and useful functions. I would've given 5 stars if the calling quality wasn't that bad... It was better during my stay in Korea but outside of the country, the call disconnects so often without reason and though both parties have a good WiFi signal. Other messengers do better in this field even when less speed given.

It's a good app, I specifically like that you can customize your profile and the look of the app. However I would wish for an option to just use the default phone ringtone. I change my ringtone from time to time and it is a little annoying to always additionally change it on KaTalk too. Other than that great!

Hello, in the application sometimes the message appears as unread even though it has been read, and sometimes the messages are not delivered at all. I try again and again, but the result does not change. Then it gets better on its own. I restart my phone thinking maybe it will fix it, but the result still doesn't change. Please resolve this issue urgently and I request that I be informed of the cause of this problem. I wish your good work. 😔🥺😫😭🙏🙏
