Very user unfriendly, not easy to use, no way to open someones profile from clicking on their photo in chat, need another app for kakao story, the 2 apps always disconnect and needs to connect them /log in again, voice messages sounds terrible other apps make u sound nice and crisp but this app makes u sound like old radio, you cant even see when someone was online, or if ur message was seen, really missing hundreds of features other apps have been using for years. I could go on but reached max

Not sure if this App is any good, since I haven't been allowed to use it, but they're customer service is definitely TRASH... Ever since I made my account, I have not been able to send any messages to anyone. It started doing this as soon as I made the account! It keeps saying I'm in a temporary safety service and restricted from messaging. It has been over 3 months!!! I put in several trouble tickets and they all responded with the same copy and paste answer.

Easy to use, free chat and video calling and more. Responsive customer service when needed. Only glitch is it's non-English speaking company (Korean) so there are a few bumps here and there. Also transferring your service to a new phone is complicated, especially if you get a new number, too (you lose photos, videos--even more if not very careful). On the other hand, it offers nice emoji and can be downloaded and used by everyone including people who have nothing to do with Korea.
