Ratings and reviews

The app isn't terrible but the only reason to use it is if you have Korean relatives. The customer service is some of the worst I've seen, if you have problems, don't even bother reaching out. The best you will get is an automated message telling you they have no intention of helping. I am an americian and have had 2 separate phones they are unable to verify me on and the only way to get verified is asking the app to send the verification code HUNDREDS of times over MONTHS.... the best service!

I used to absolutely love this app for messaging, my boyfriend and I use it all the time, but with the past few updates, it hardly ever sends notifications any more, and I have to check the app constantly to be sure I am not missing any messages coming through. Not only that, but I now my S Gear Sport no longer vibrates when I actually do receive, I have checked everything I can possibly think of to see why it might not vibrate with Kakao. I checked to make sure that the notifications settings in the app were set, and they are, even check the S Gear app to make sure they were on, and are. I even uninstalled and reinstalled both apps. Short of resetting my phone, I am lost. If all this can be fixed, I would give more stars. Oh, and I have a Samsung Galaxy S9.

This was my app that I lived by to keep with my friends in Korea. Lately this thing is a mess. I don't hear the ring tones, the video constantly freezes, and I keep getting " this feature is unavailable right now." Before any say it's due to internet connection, I have tried to use my phone data and turned of Wi-Fi so there is no excuse!!! This problem needs to be addressed immediately because this has been going on for a month and a half.
