I almost missed my train in Busan to get back to Seoul because the app after almost 4 wks now cancels every ride. I couldn't communicate with the taxi driver, had some old guys start yelling as if it's my fault I have used the app even today 2 rides, then poof it stopped, cancels every ride as soon as a taxi accepts it. I have sent messages to support, but support isn't in real time so no help. I still have a week left, appts to go to and airport, how do I now do that.

Scam app. Didn't confirm that I wanted to order the ride but it charged and booked anyway. Tried cancelling it many times, closed and reopened the app, still didn't work. It wasn't until the driver was close that I was able to cancel and it charged me a fee. Basically stole money from me and blocked me from cancelling. Not only did it take a fee, it still hasn't refunded the full journey payment that it took without permission. Stole full ride cost and fee for journey I didn't take or order.

Default payment method (credit card) cannot be deleted even if you want to pay by cash or other card. If a taxi is assigned to you but is already going to drop someone then you cannot see how far that taxi is from you. Cancelling in such case can also be charged. Cost is more than Uber. Please update these bugs.
