Used to love this app so much but the current processing times are ridiculous. Im talking 4-6 days where it used to be 24 hours. I'm not sure what's going at the top but they keep adding all these new features no one asked for. We just want to get paid quickly and move on to the next challenge. Also support is a joke. They close the ticket without helping.

Took a long time to review my submission. Meanwhile, my post had 500 views and was growing. They didn't show the ad to the company (which is fine). However, they tried to pay me, I guess, for a reimbursement for the product I had purchased? I don't know, but they wanted me to "make sure to keep my ad live?" I suppose they wanted me to stay on the app while keeping "my streak going?" No feedback on what I needed to do to improve. I deleted my account and didn't accept the money.

Had an issue getting started as they said I used commercial audio when I didn't and took about w weeks to resolve. Then my next 3 reels I had no issues. However my last one still hasn't processed and it's been 6 days, customer service won't give me an answer. They're horrible about responding and you can't submit other reels for revenue until they process. This is supposed to be an easy process and they're making it suck!
