Very confused .. same app seems to be used for carers and Family .. I see a vast number of completed tasks .. in no order or grouping .. I think staff and carers see it totally differently .. a lot of work to do on the "Family app" The good thing it shows login logout times .. something some agencies deny clients and family access to .. .. Play store description show the app for Carers .. definitely some room for improvement / clarification .. No mention of family or relatives .. only carers .

I use it in Care, it allows me to view tasks expected of me, especially when I am meeting clients for the first time. The features I also find helpful are the raise concern option, which allows me to notify my office promptly if new issues arise, and the announcement options that alert me of new shifts available. It's an indispensable care app.

Dreadful experience. Couldn't log in or out of visits. Forced to use the unscheduled visit option as no other way to get in. My manager is unimpressed as it appears I didn't turn up for work. I have viewed the training video & written explanation & still have issues.
