Tried to sign up using non-UK phone number. Did not receive any TOTP codes. Care team (support) helpful but despite me giving them 2 different phone numbers, the TOTP codes they'd emailed instead did not work. Last error message said "account locked" and unfortunately, their email filtering system blocked all my replies back to them, so they weren't even aware I'd tried their provided codes and had been locked out. Suffice to say the app was uninstalled. Disappointing.

I have this app as my elderly father is a care recipient. It's useful to see planned visits, but very annoying that if the carer is late for an appt it just disappears from the list until they update their notes. It would also be useful to be able to provide our feedback to the care company directly in the app, to let them know when their team go above and beyond, or when they need to provide more training.

this app needs not only fixed but upgraded better, freezes all the time sometimes can't log in for days cause it just gets stuck on load, it would also be HUGELY beneficial if family could put comments on it as well, rotas, pictures of carers etc there's a lot that could be done with this app that would be better for carers and families alike.
