Ratings and reviews

You waste your time and data while downloading the app and they tell you to wait for a few days suggesting that you keep checking on them. Do these people even know why we come out to apply for the loan in the first place? If they can't help us with the money to sort our emergencies then the app is useless and I don't encourage anyone to use it.

Am not so sure whether i should give it a better rating than this. I mean why would you give someone 40,000/= on paper and they only receive 26,000/=? This' absolute exploitation to be fair and honest. Secondly, you should make it possible for someone to delete their their details of registration from your company incase they are not eligible to get the financial support that they need from you.

The challenge is why I would I waste my data downloading the app and applying for the load then again at the end of the day your telling me not approvaled so I wait till such and such aday way??? thought this is fast
