Hello customer care /admin, kindly sort the issue before your agents start stressing me with calls over unreasonable claim. I tried borrowing this evening but waited for the money to be disbursed in vain, yet the app is saying they have sent the money. I even tried checking my last transaction details there's nothing in my account. kindly take note and resolve the issue to avoid issues in the future.
