App notifications are NOT RELIABLE and clicking "Coverage" makes app crash! The whole point of this device and app is to receive notifications promptly and accurately, if this doesn't work 100% rock-solid every time then the product is basically a rip off. I am not trying to be overly harsh but for something like this the notification aspect of the app is the main indicator if the app is working or not. If I don't receive one out of ten notifications I could lose one out of ten deliveries.

One camera goes off constantly, the other (looking at essentially the same area from a different angle) won't alert if delivery guy is literally walking 10 feet from it. Also, whenever I'm on the phone and get an alert, the call suddenly goes into speaker phone mode. It happens constantly and is getting kinda old.

The app rarely notifies me when there's motion detected on my sensors (it's not because of my phone settings and permissions). I wish you wouldn't have to pay to see/keep the activity history of your devices that are connected. I also wish they would move the ads away from the bottom navigation area because I've accidentally clicked on them trying to go into a different section of the app multiple times. I'm giving the app 2 stars instead of 1 because at least the overall design is alright.
