Horrible First Impression. Sadly. It doesn't even remotely list all the Public Libraries in the area. I couldn't select or even type in the correct one and so I decided to pick one nearby. But of course, my library card info didn't work. So I just can't gain access. Kind of unfortunate. Do not all libraries have access? I feel like you should just be able to put in a library card and be done with it. Will definitely update if anything changes.

Kanooy is doing a public service by providing a catalog of great TV, music and films for free through your local library. UPDATE: Whatever changes have been made for the app prevent adding films to my Watchlist. Whenever I try to add film or TV show now a pop-up appears that simply says 'ERROR". I can browse, but tapping the + no longer works. However, I can go online, as well as to the Google smart TV app via Play, and it works fine. It then appears on the phone app.

So disappointed with credits to ticket change. Maybe my 10 credits changed to 30 tickets and for now that works out to a net gain of viewing time but organizations these days don't make changes like this because they intend to maintain or improve the quality of the product. It's nearly if not always a precursor to the product being reduced in some way or eliminated. I thought very highly of Kanopy and appreciated it as a library benefit. Now I'll just wait for the shrinkflation to come true.
