About this app

Kantara helps seniors and families stay continuously connected to care.
It organizes medical records, enables check-ins with a dedicated Personal Care Advisor (PCA), and supports physician-guided follow-ups—so day-to-day health tasks feel simpler and more coordinated.

Important safety notice
Kantara does not provide medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment. It is an information and coordination tool only. Always consult a qualified healthcare professional with any questions about a medical condition, medications, or test results. Kantara is not for emergencies—if you think you are experiencing an emergency, call your local emergency number immediately.

What you can do with Kantara
• Have a named Personal Care Advisor (PCA). Your PCA helps coordinate appointments, follow-ups, and report collection, and routes questions to your doctor. Kantara staff—including clinicians—act only under your physician’s guidance and do not change your plan of care without explicit instructions.
• Keep one secure Whole Health Record. Upload reports (including photos), prescriptions, and discharge summaries from multiple doctors. Share access with your doctor and family members you choose.
• Track what matters day-to-day. Log readings (e.g., BP, glucose), medications, symptoms, and daily health actions. Get gentle reminders and checklists for preventive screenings—for informational support only.
• Give caregivers peace of mind. Adult children can receive updates and see permitted information, helping them support loved ones from any location.
• Designed for Indian seniors. Simple WhatsApp-assisted onboarding, culturally aware support, and physician-mediated coordination.

Privacy & security
• Your data is yours. You control who can view it.
