If I could give a negative rating, I would. Suddenly, I stopped receiving surveys. I inquired about. They said to"give it a few weeks" then get back with them if I still had trouble. I waited, nothing happened, so I AGAIN emailed them - twice. Got the same response. This isn't the first issue I've had. I'm losing over 400 points but I'm uninstalling it. lt isn't worth the loss of time and the aggravation of a do-nothing customer "service ".

horrible dude. I reached like 7 dollars!, than poof, no surveys. it gave the option to look for help, no reasons why or how to solve it. I went to cash out because you can, it dont except venmo, gives the option but as soon as u click it it disappears. got distracted, and came back the next day to see if it did PayPal. opened the app and it brought me to the sign in screen, tried signing in but it says account does not exist. like what..???

Why can't I turn off emails?! There's no place anywhere in the app to adjust or opt in or out of notifications. I have only used it for a few days and not done more than 20 surveys (by choice) have lots available, only been turned down for 2 or 3 so far. Points accrue easily but the rewards are on the low end of compensation - you need quite a few points and the cash out options are for gift cards of your choosing, but they are not equal to the points or to the time spent
