The app is structured to provide quick access to courses, schedules, support, and personal information, ensuring employees stay on top of their learning objectives.
Key Features of Kapil Vidya App:
1. Dashboard
The Dashboard offers a complete overview of all courses employees have enrolled in, even if there are multiple courses. It provides detailed information about the learning program, including:
Trainer’s name and profile
Class timings and schedule
Batch duration and status
Total number of sessions
Complete course curriculum and topics covered
Employees also have access to recorded classes, which can be viewed anytime for missed sessions or to revisit complex topics for better understanding. Unlimited access to these recordings ensures that they can learn at their own pace. The dashboard also provides attendance details, showing which topics were conducted on each date and whether the employee was present or absent. Clicking on topic links redirects directly to the corresponding recorded videos. The Batch Overview section displays batch name, course duration, mode of training, total employee count, actual session count, and batch status.
