Delivered on time but wrong product (lower spec). Customer care response extremely delayed. After 3 weeks, they verbally promised a refund. now over a month later, complete silence, nothing done. Very disappointed with their zero accountability. My Strong advice is thoroughly check every item on arrival. Contacting Customer Care is utterly pointless. Do NOT trust Kapruka. if you're lucky, you get the right product; otherwise, so sorry. Never using again!

I delivered my first order through the app and it was unbelievable. Arrived just in time & prices were the same as the labeled prices. Not additional charges were there even they spent on giving nice bags with a good packaging. Delivered with care & great communication by delivery people. It was great and I guess they gave lot more than we spent on goods. Thank you very much Kapruka !!! The app is also easier to use and various expected features have implemented in the same shopping app.

The Worst! Placed an essentials order, last month and I've been promised delivery dates every time I've called but nothing happened . And one month later I just received an email saying no stock available and I'll be getting a refund.. So I've been calling so many times.. And been waiting for a whole month, all for nothing. Small scale groceries deliver on the same date. If you can't handle it please don't accept any order in the first place. Disappointed. Don't order here.
