Never buy from Kapruka – Terrible service compared to Daraz Never buy from Kapruka. I bought a product worth LKR 10,000 from them, and it arrived completely defective. When I reached out to their customer support team to report the issue, they flat out rejected my return. Their excuse was that the item "passed their QA process" before dispatch, so it cannot possibly be defective. This is ridiculous. Passing a basic warehouse check does not prevent an item from being dead on arrival or damaged

website shows, download app for live tracking, app doesn't even show what website does. Kapruka service is the worst delivery service I have ever experienced, Uber eats is way better (BTW now uber eats have flowers, electronic and other items delivery available).

I placed my first order with Kapruka & I’m really happy with the experience. The order was delivered right on time & the customer service was very helpful and responsive. Highly recommended!!!
