This app has an option to contact customer service online but it doesn't work. And in the orders the order date and deliver date is mixed up. The amount doesn't show when we track the order. And don't even call it "track the order" because we cant track it at all from that option. What's the point in having those if they are not even working? And there's no any option to lodge a complaint even. Such a waste.

The Worst! Placed an essentials order, last month and I've been promised delivery dates every time I've called but nothing happened . And one month later I just received an email saying no stock available and I'll be getting a refund.. So I've been calling so many times.. And been waiting for a whole month, all for nothing. Small scale groceries deliver on the same date. If you can't handle it please don't accept any order in the first place. Disappointed. Don't order here.

Application is good and convenient but the service is very poor now compared to earlier. I have ordered easter bunny but they didn't deliver it and simply said we can return the money. It's not a good for your business. If is it out of stock please let us know earlier to find alternatives
