13.4.21 sent evidence of purchase and still not heard from these guys. Starting to get really annoyed.9.4.21 Already tried what you suggested as soon as made purchase. The option for the item I bought had just disappeared from the list. Good games but bought a crossword pack and cannot see it in the game. Do I have to be a subscriber to get a puzzle pack? And if so why doesn't the game say that. Please refund or make pack available. Would appreciate more menu options.

I thought this was free but just saw an advert for it on TV saying free trial then charging via subscription thus uninstalling. The app should clarify at the top of the screen that it is subscription & chargeable not just the tv adverts! Plenty free puzzle apps out there just paying for the This Morning name I can do without that. Uninstalled.

So played this everyday for a long time, today I went to get my daily fix and was gutted it wouldn't load and I was left with a white page with nothing on it...tried uninstalling it and reinstalling but nothing, Nada, not working, please sort it I love doing the crossword and wordsearch.
