Not useful. I think it's a combination of our schools not being able to figure it out (I wouldn't be surprised if it had a wonky interface on their end) and limited features in the app. I get notifications all morning for my daughter's bus as it's in and out of our designated area. And my son's bus always says it last updated at around 1-3 in the AM! Limited features on notifications. And I would love to see a full list of all the bus routes for the schools like they used to print out for us.

App often must be shut down and reopened to get bus shown on map. Also, I don't like that it now won't show if the bus is more than 5 miles away. This was useful info to know if the thing was even on the way or not, and how far, to determine if it is worth waiting on. Also, I wish it would show a sub bus. Subs are used quite often, but they don't show on the map, leaving you in the dark not having any clue where the bus is and when it might arrive. App needs alot of work to be user friendly.

Sign in with external provider isn't working since it doesn't find any atm. When working it usually takes two login attempts to actually login. Will not stay logged in. The tracking of sub buses is never available. Right now their route has two different buses but can only track one so no tracking half the time. This is not a school specific problem but an app problem. It lacks features such as messaging. It isn't reliable.
