This app needs improvements in usability. I sometimes get updates from my district to watch a new bus and I can never remember how to do it because it's not under "My Buses", nor is there any place in any of the app that says "Add or Change Bus". I have to click around every time until I accidentally find it. This should be intuitive and is not at all.
School Districts have several ways to make bus substitutions in the app. Sometimes they may not have had a chance to document the substitutions. Great when it works, but it's really inconsistent. I'll randomly stop receiving updates until I log out and log back in. Sometimes it's every few days, sometimes every day. Alerts have also been delayed more than 20 minutes, which has caused us to be late. Generally there is a lot of room for improvement. Wish it remembered the zones when adding a new bus. It's so tedious having to set it all up when the kids are on a different bus for a single day. Good concept, very poor execution.

I would love to update this review to a higher rating but right now this app is not providing the basic functionality that I need from it. For the last few weeks it will not send a notification when the bus enters the area. I have checked all settings in the app and on the phone everything is turned on to allow notifications. Just today I noted that the app is logging notifications, they're just not being sent to the phone.
