DEVICE ACCESS, CLOUD BACKUP AND NOTIFICATIONS
NorAI supports one active device at a time for selected plans and stores required learner, activity, device, notification, subscription and progress records for access, continuity, family features and data recovery. Users or parents can connect Google Drive or Microsoft OneDrive to back up or restore progress, app settings and offline status. Backup files remain under their control.
During signup or app setup, users or parents can choose whether to enable notifications. Where enabled, NorAI may send learning reminders, progress updates, account alerts, service messages, app, security, compatibility and policy notices.
Parent mode and family management tools require an active Family Plan.
With NorAI, users can:

• Hear Quranic words with recitation audio
• Practice pronunciation through articulation guidance
• Match Arabic words with their meanings

SUBSCRIPTION EXPIRY
If your NorAI subscription expires, a 24-hour grace period applies. After this, lesson images and progress tracking will no longer be available until renewal. This applies to adult subscribers,family subscribers and parent-managed minor learner profiles. Audio remains available where the lesson itself is still accessible.
SCHOLAR REVIEW AND LEARNING BOUNDARIES
NorAI provides scholar-reviewed Quran and Islamic learning content. Islamic Learning includes the 99 Names of Allah, Daily Duas, Salah, Purification including Wudu and Ghusl, Fasting, Zakat, Hajj and Umrah, Islamic Beliefs and the Six Kalimahs.
Learning materials are prepared and reviewed through Scholar Authoring, Peer Review, Editorial Approval and Publication Lock before publication.
NorAI does not provide tafseer, personal fatwa, personalised religious rulings or AI-generated Quranic meanings or religious interpretations.
NorAI is designed for educational support and should not replace parents, teachers, qualified scholars or formal religious education.
Issues with a word, meaning, pronunciation, audio, visual, example or reference can be reported in the app for review.
