Edit: My review went from 5* to 3* and now this... I'm uninstalling and never using the app again. There's no way I keep facing the same issue every time I order a driver, and the worst part is I get a fee for an error that's not mine!! 1- No taxis are evee available in the mornings, I have to use a different app 2- For the past 2 weeks, I have a 30 min to 1 hour delay because either my taxi decides to take a different route than the one on the map, or they decide to mark that (wow type limit)

very useless application it always says there are no available rides although I saw 5 cars coming and taking customers and I still waiting I have been waiting for half an hour to get a ride but no one accept me currently I'm seeing one car which is waiting for customers and it still says that there are no available rides 29/07 it's still very useless if you want to get fired from your work just rely on it to take you to your work place waiting for almost an hour and no cars ara available

in general the app is good and karwa cars are clean and reliable. only issue is the area maps the drivers rely on often send cars in wrong direction which ends up costing you more than it should for the ride . if the driver has poor location knowledge this can be a big issue for the new drivers
