As with any apps, this one has a few quirks. Overall, the ordering experience is great, and love how we can track our order from submittsion to the delivery driver pulling into the driveway. We've had a few issues with the orders themselves, but nothing that had to do with the app. The options for customizations I think needs a little work.
Been using this app for a few months now. Excellent service and even better support. A restaurant screwed up and Bitesqaud made it right. Even though it wasn't their fault. I've used three different services so far. This is the best.
This was awful. Bought food from a store across the street (literally) and the wait time constantly changed to longer and longer. Didn't get my food until an hour after the original wait time, and to top it off I got my food and the burger was soggy. Awful service.
First and probably last. Other apps give you relatively accurate delivery times. This app said 60 min and ended up taking almost 1:45min. It's pretty bad to be that far off!!!
Lots of hidden or additional charges. 1. Menu prices are higher than restaurant prices (sneaky). 2. Then you pay the usual delivery charges, which is fine. 3. Then there is another fee which includes a delivery fee hidden under "other taxes and fees" (sneaky again!) 4. Then you got to tip the driver, which is fine, except that you have paid so many other additional fees and charges above, none of which goes to the driver.
This app is worthless. You can't filter anything and that's what makes the website good in the first place.
