Ratings and reviews

When I first purchased it, it worked great. I was on a trip in Europe and the connection was stellar. After coming back to Vancouver, Canada, connecting to VPN prevents me from accessing the internet. Every app that requires connection stops working. I suspect the Canadian server isn't as great? Though that shouldn't be a reason for it to happen when the users pay for the service. If any one can help me out with this and make sure things work as advertised I'm happy to change the rating back to five stars as I've always used Kaspersky products on my PC and they were great.

I really enjoy this app it is one of the best I have tried a lot of different apps! This one is the best with easy to navigate features for both protection and safety protocols to take action! Also helps you set up feature that best suits your needs ! Helps you make changes to properly secure all aspects of my phone. It has many features to help protect me & gives me peace of mind. I highly recommend this app! Thank you Kaspersky!💯

Had the app for years as a loyal customer when it works it's fantastic but that doesn't seem to be the case often. Like clockwork the service stops nearly 2 months before paid subscription ends. Additionally, despite renewal of subscription it will remain not working until I reach out to cs or enough time has lapsed. Many of the locations don't appear to work well and support is difficult to communicate with. Would be great if it performed like it use to.
