App no longer works. Thought it was something I was doing but according to the other reviews I'm not the only one. Will not send a reset password email, will not log in. Uninstalled and reinstalled and no go

Does not work. Have installed, uninstalled, & reinstalled 3 times in 3 months, hoping something would change, but I am still unable to log in to my account. Have tried "lost password" & creating new account also, nothing works, I give up.

Locked out of app. Needed to update my password on the website but my password does not work on the app. I tried to log back in on app but it does not work. I tried forgot password, got a message saying that an email will be sent to reset it but the email never arrived.
