Kayako is a decent ticket system, but there are a lot of annoying little bugs behind the scenes. Messages to support get responded to quickly, but the response is usually that the developers will fix this in the next version. I've been using it for several months, and none of the fixes have been rolled out yet.

Worked for literally one day now it's just not logging in at all despite numerous attempts to contact customer support your app is still unresponsive. LA desk may be an older version to maintain customer contact but it is way better than kayako and it's messed up view and logging in errors

Love the app. Very helpful for our agents to stay on top of issues and for quick replies. It is especially helpful to have all the macros. Conversations are easy to monitor and it's easy to respond making our job easy. Push notifications worked just fine for me.

What's new

- Minor bug fixes

- Show inline images in the conversation's message listing page.
- Show simple html formatting (limited to bold, italics, quotes, coloured text and few others) of conversation messages.
- Tap message to view its original email formatting (unrestricted styling).
