SUBSCRIPTION PRICING & TERMS
Sweat is free to download. Ongoing use requires an active subscription, available on a monthly or yearly basis. New customers who choose a monthly subscription are eligible for a free trial period. Yearly subscriptions are billed the total annual fee from purchase date. Monthly subscription users are billed per month.
Payment will be charged to your credit card through your Google Play account at confirmation of purchase. Subscription renews automatically unless cancelled at least 24 hours prior to the end of the subscription period. There is no increase in price when renewing.

The app has great exercise programs. Really awesome ones. But unfortunately the food component is SORELY lacking. You can't customize the shopping list ornchange the amount of servings. You have no way of knowing how many calories are being ingested either which may make your workouts for nothing if youre over or under eating. Can't change the amount of people you'll be cooking for. The weekly menus have a lot of wasted food using just 3oz of a whole 16Oz bag of spinach for example feels wrong.

Generally speaking, i really like this app. There are several trainers to choose from depending on your preferences of workouts. They're adding new instructors all the time and the body positivity vibe is obvious. I love the community they've created on social media also. The only thing I wish would become more user friendly is the ability to edit previous days workouts, at least in the android version. Delete previously missed and go in and add what was done isn't easily done.

I really like the variety of workouts and being able to swap exercises and equipment. The reason I didn't give it 5 stars are very minor things, but still things I believe can be improved. I wish the meal plan was more customizable. To read new posts in the forum, you have to scroll down to the bottom, instead of the newer ones being at the top.
