- Contacts (optional): Used when sending money to contacts in the address book stored on the device

And again no English UI available. You could become a top-notch financial service provider for foreigners here, but seems not in this century...

It's funny how you force foreigners to pay all the taxes in Korea, pay mandatory medical insurance that cost more than those of Koreans, abide the law, but you deny them using almost everything when it comes to finances. 개한민국 at its best
