This bank has high fees and the app is not user-friendly. The AI assistant is not helpful and the fees are not clearly disclosed. Customer service is not helpful. Also they mine your data by default and share it with external companies. And they mask this under the marketing term "personalized experience". I don't like companies that are not transparent and ask yourself, do you want to keep your money with a bank that is not transparent?

A bank app that doesn't show saldo on a transaction basis hasn't understood even rudimentary customer requirements. [Respons to KBC answer: KBC clearly doesn't understand rudimentary banking best practices. It doesn't help that most of KBC workforce started from school and works there for life. This has nothing to do with seeing account saldo right now, and all to do with seeing historical saldo on transaction level, for sound economic follow-up of spending pattern/saldo trend analysis. Basic!

Nice easy app. I would include some features: - a proper "suggestions" button to send your ideas to how improve your app - the possibilities of choosing how the cc balance is displayed: for the top to low (x-y-..-n) or, viceversa, the cumulative amount (x+y+..+..n) - improvement.about the insights. They are useful but very imprecise
