KBC's banking app repeatedly logs you out every update which requires you to ring KBC in order to obtain a code. This is extremely difficult when you are outside the country. On a positive note being able to see your account balance and available balance is very handy.
Overall this app is improving, but there needs to be more focus on fingerprint authorisation. Need to reduce the authorisation steps to complete a transfer, especially if you are transferring to a payee.

Wish it had default android fingerprint scanner api to unlock, rather than code input. Seems slower to load data since previous update.
I find the app easy to use and especially quick for money transfers as you just need an IBAN and your code.
Since new update I keep needing to restart my phone just to log in or else I get the create account page and when I do get to log in it says we cannot process request please call customer service etc and then account details come up. Please fix these issues. I did a factory reset on my phone and reinstalled the app but that did not help.
Based on your feedback we have made the following improvements:
- Change your contact details within the app. You can now change your address, telephone number or email address without writing to us. Simply go to the “stay connected” tile on the main menu and follow the instructions
