※ Data collected and shared: Mobile phone number, USIM unique number, name, gender, date of birth, CI value.
※ The KB Pay app collects/transmits/synchronizes/stores your mobile phone number for mobile phone authentication (SMS/ARS) and contact remittance services when signing up for membership, reinstalling, logging in, changing your profile phone number, or using the card usage notification service.

※ Skp_skt_SDK provides the collected information to Joy of Moving Co., Ltd. and Mybee Co., Ltd. after consenting to personal information when signing up for a mobile transportation card within KB Pay.

While this app is required by KB bank, non Korean speaking customers will find it a challenge. You will not be able to make some online purchases without this app working correctly. To get the app working you will need to contact KB customer support (English) or, you may have some luck using Google translate. I would suggest just calling the customer support. The bank does not support other languages very well. As evidence, take a look at the responses to English reviews.

But as you said the number of foreign customers is increasing recently. So We will consider several ways to improve it. From my experience, i can say this app is pretty straightforward and easy to use. You can upload all your bank cards to this app and make payments online & offline; super handy! There are also daily, weekly and monthly offers and events available, which you need to join/parcitipate to earn points. (These points can then be redeemed). I highly recommend this app so go ahead and download it.

This app is not user-friendly. It does not allow you to change any language settings (I may stand to be corrected) and is unnecessarily convoluted. If it was translatable, it may have provided a better user experience; however, it is not designed for foreign usage or standard banking actions and practices from international markets. The in person bank experience is 5 star. The only letdown to the company is the software interfaces of their provided apps...
