As of yesterday, app keeps crashing. Can't open it up even for app payments. Update: Reinstalled the app as suggested by the support team. Works fine now.

I love so much this KB Pay app. They offer a variety kind of events and it is very likely to win. I feel so good whenever I hear the news that I was chosen. 이벤트가 은근 많이 있는데 낚시성이 아닌 당첨확률이 아주 높은 진짜 고객에게 기분좋은 느낌을 많이 갖게 해주는 너무 사랑하는 앱입니다. 강추해요

This app is not user-friendly. It does not allow you to change any language settings (I may stand to be corrected) and is unnecessarily convoluted. If it was translatable, it may have provided a better user experience; however, it is not designed for foreign usage or standard banking actions and practices from international markets. The in person bank experience is 5 star. The only letdown to the company is the software interfaces of their provided apps...
