In Top-up section, currently, we can save up to five phone numbers. It's a bit so little for me. I want to save more than five phone numbers. Our family has 6 SIM cards in total. So, I need to save every number in order to be convenient when I do top-up because I'm in charge with filling their balance. So, if only we could save more than five numbers, it'd be great.

It's convenient and all, but why am I supposed to watch a short ads everytime I open it? Not to mention the app keeps loading all the time. I have to open it 10-15 minutes early before I want to purchase something. Otherwise, it keeps on loading. Whenever I want to send something in an emergency, I have to 1. watch ads and 2. wait for the loading screen to finish.

Kpay provides extremely poor customer service. They often suspend users' accounts without giving any clear reason. Even if you apply to have your account restored, you're required to visit a KPay Center at least three times, and even after waiting for more than a month, they still fail to reactivate your account. It is one of the worst apps in terms of customer service.
