I bought a 31 day pass recently and also switched phones. Now I'm locked out and after emailing support, they have never gotten back to me. It's been a week. I use the bus everyday and have to spend ADDITIONAL money just to go to and from work, all while my monthly pass is collecting dust basically. I want my money back or fix my account so I can log in without getting error messages. And reimburse me for the money I've additionally spent while your support has ignored my emails.
I had to reset my phone and redownload the app and I forgot my pin number but now it's telling me after I submit my email that it won't send me my pin because my device isn't registered but yet when I try to make a new login with the same information it's telling me that user already exists and it's really making me mad because now I can't use the month pass I downloaded
Downloaded app, purchased a single fare, entered my credit card information, did not see my purchase on the 'New' tab, credit card was charged $1.50. I would like a refund or the credit applied to my account Update: Account was corrected, used the App to ride the bus, everything worked! Love the app!
After some interaction with the RideKC helpdesk(?), I was able to get registered and to use the app. The UI never mentions that you MUST activate by text, which is an extra cost for some uses. Once registered, the app works well for paying your fair.

Trying to create an account, requires pin. No way to get pin without an account. Therefore, impossible to create an account, totally useless. Why am I not surprised? Buses here are either totally late or early, never on time even when there's no traffic. I thought this app would help, but it's not even usable. Huge waste of time. *In response to developer response: I'm sorry, but it asks for a pin on the same page where one is supposed to create account, I put in all my info, including ten digit phone number with no dashes or spaces and simply could not progress without the pin. I find it infuriating that you think the response you gave would solve the problem.
People can add stop, route or location as a favorite.
