About this app

KCQ Scooter is an APP developed by KCQ for controlling electric scooters. Connect the electric scooter through the Bluetooth of the mobile phone. After the connection is successful, the speed, power, light status, gear position, total mileage, and current mileage, riding time, start mode, and other information of the knife vehicle cannot be obtained on the mobile APP. And you can control gears, lights, cruise mode, start mode, etc. on the mobile phone APP, you can also modify the Bluetooth name of the vehicle, turn on or off the car password, in the settings, you can view the vehicle's fault status for easy maintenance.

After searching and finding the correct version of the app, it worked fine for about 6 months. Now it will not connect. My phone and laptop see the scooter but cannot connect to it. I removed the app from my phone and reinstalled it and that did not work. The app used to bring up the blue K but when I reinstalled it , it shows a little red scooter instead. Wondering if an older version might work or if there is something wrong with the scooter bluetooth. I notice the # of times you push the on button, it changes some of the functions. After power is on , one punch changes from P1 to P2, two punches turns the light on and off. 3 punches changes from km/s to mp/s. 4 punches turns the cruise control on and off. There maybe others that I havent figured out yet

The app is pretty much useless. You can not register in order to log, you can not do anything except but lock your scooter, but after locking the scooter you can't move more than 5 feet away before losing Bluetooth. The only thing the app is good for is getting rid of the kick start and setting it to a zero speed start and switching it from kph to mph. Once you set kph/mph and the zero/kick start the app is absolutely useless

After half an hour trying to get it to connect to my kpq Scooter 35, there's nothing in the app that you can't do by pressing the power button. Was hoping to make scooter quicker . Pointless app. I think it found the Bluetooth after turning on location GPS on my phone or when I tried to log in to the app, but it didn't login, so I clicked skip, after that the scooter Bluetooth come up.
