I have an Android/Samsung phone. They must have revised it because now it at least opens. But I'm finding more problems with this version and much as I love KCRW (I'm a subscribing member), this is a big step backwards. The latest problem is that it won't play in the background. When I try to minimize it (eg to buy a cookbook or pin a restaurant mentioned onEvan Kleinman's show), it stops. That's terrible! I want to listen to the station while I read my email, etc. Can't do that now!

This newest version does not function on android devices it seems. When listening to a recorded show, the 15 second forward button takes you back to the beginning of the episode. And the location slider does not work at all. Also, they've made it much more difficult to get to a recorded session. The version two upgrades ago was excellent. Each version since has gotten progressively worse.

I have an Android and while the new update had made the app slightly more stable, some excellent features have been lost. We used to be able to move around in music shows with the slide bar and that no longer works. Sometimes you hear an amazing portion of a set and only have time to listen to that again. But the version only allows you to skip back or ahead 15 seconds. Not great.
