I had a really bad experience with customer service. They refused to refund me an accidental purchase. Somehow I was able to hit a button, a large amount for tips, without being prompted to put in a password as it normally does. Surely it's a bug and easily fixable. I had immediately emailed the support to refund me what's left in my virtual wallet (I bought coins) at the very least. Not even a "sorry for the inconvenience." . Nowadays, this type of customer service is unacceptable.

New update=broadcasters don't get paid. No more tipping in real money, now the only option is coins, which is a drastically low minimum compared to the previous minimum tip of $1. Also, messaging system doesn't work and hasn't worked since March, as mentioned in another review. Also, you can't kick creeps out of your broadcast in this point in time which needs to be changed.

I still can not give a better rating for this app. Seems like the apps features aren't working properly anymore, you can change ur audience but now it seems like it doesn't always recognize when u switch it... I've changed to Publix and did the get popular option but my video Neva shows on the public page anymore, as if it doesn't know the audience was changed...sigh this app Neva gets better only worst
