KeepGo failed, but then delivered! I just finished a call with the CEO of KeepGo. My complaint was escalated and David took a real interest in my experience. Apparently the SIM card I was using for Germany was creating issues for many other customers too. They've removed that product from their offerings and I'll be using a KeepGo WiFi device for our next trip. I look forward to trying out KeepGo again on our next trip! [My previous post]........ The app appeared to provide some appropriate information on how to use the service. In my experience, the KeepGo service is a scam. If your SIM card works, great. You are only paying a large markup. For me, I received a card that did not work, was asked to prove my card did not work in another phone, and only then, would KeepGo activate the reserve SIM card I had in hand in 48 hours! Having already starting my vacation, this was an absurd request, and smelling a scam, I purchased a working SIM card locally for a quarter of the price. My refund from KeepGo came back minus a $30 "service" fee. My opinion is this company is misrepresenting itself and intentionally pocketing money for all those failed cards.
Great service, mediocre app Great service and coverage for my trip to France and Italy. Wish the feature of tracking data usage worked. It always reports that no data has been used.

Bad coverage, misrepresented product Received no coverage in country I bought product for. Support took days and didn't resolve issue. When requested refund, only received pro rated portion. Bad customer service.
It worked great in my vacation to Europe I went on a 2 week vacation over 7 eastern European countries and chose KeepGo to use on my iPad so I can have maps/navigation and access to the internet. It worked great. Once setup useing the instructions I was surfing and didn't have to do anything when moving from country to country, it just worked. KeepGo delivered in its promise.
