Ratings and reviews

The app is functional and consistent. it offers the same options as the smart base remote. I have no complaints about the functionality. However, I am a bit disappointed that Purple is not taking advantage of the possibilities provided by an app over a remote. I would love to be able to set my Base to wake me up with a massage on a schedule, or set a timer for the motion activated lights. I'm sure there are other things that could be done with the app that I can't think of.

It was working great, but now the bottom buttons are behind the menu/home/back buttons, and aren't usable. Clearing data/cache and reinstalling doesn't fix it. Need to be able to up the massage time on the app without stopping and restarting it. The remote can do it.

neither the app nor the remote (provided at the time of smart base purchase) are reliable controls. with the app in particular, connection to the smart base is inconsistent. However, when it does connect, operating the smart base is simple & straightforward.
