I like the app but feel it needs more improvement. For example, when I switch to text messages and then back to the Keiser app, it hasn't recorded that time away from the app being the primary window on my phone. Also, I wish it would provide totals (miles, minutes) biked per week, month, and overall. Perhaps it does, but I can't find it. Other than that, we enjoy the app and are thankful for it.

This app needs some serious work. I can't even count the amount of times I have lost workouts because it unexpectedly closed. The app has to be open the entire time you're logging a workout and if it closes for a split second because you get a notification or something then it dies and stops logging altogether. Aside from my obvious frustrations, I've had no problem connecting to the bike and the display is usually the same as what I see on the bike display.

The app is designed to run in the background, so as long as the app you are switching to does not also require use of the Bluetooth radio the app should not be closing. Can you check if you have a battery management app that might be closing the app? Please contact development@keiser.com if you continue to have this issue.

It gives the data you want The recent problem, actually the last two months, is that it will stop recording early and not save the ride. It is often very slow, minutes to hours, to finally save the file to the M app. I have an Android Samsung phone. I found my problem. My identity and settings were not being saved. Once I saved them the problem with the app seemed solved. Very happy Keiser added the converter technology. They are headed in the right direction.
