do not bank with kemba credit Union they will allow fraud charges on your account and will not reverse it even with verification from the corporate office saying that it was an error. I have found two disputes with the credit union with verifications and letters they still requested misappropriated funds and they still denied it DO NOT BANK WITH THEM

the new app is horrible. it takes forever to load on my brand new phone. I can't mobile deposit. there is absolutely no reason why the check I'm trying to deposit shouldn't go through. it's taking me forever to get certain accounts figured out. it's horrible

The changeover has been frustrating and confusing. I went in to a Kemba location and had assistance setting up the new mobile app, but now using same information it will not let me log in. From what I saw of the new app I prefer the old app due to it's user friendly features.
